How do I become a Belacon sponspored athlete or brand ambassador?
We are currently not bringing on any new brand ambassadors or athletes, as we are focusing on our partnernships with charitable foundations (learn more HERE).

 

How long will it take to receive my domestic (U.S.) order?
Orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped through USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Depending on your location to our Concord, NC facility, it will generally take 2-5 days for your package to arrive.
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages that were sent to the wrong address. The customer is responsible for filling all information out properly and is responsbile for the package upon delivery. We are not responsible once the product is shipped through USPS, however if any product is lost/stolen, we will work with you and USPS to resolve the matter.

 

I have not received my package yet. What should I do?
When the product is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the tracking number to follow the status of your package through the USPS website.
If the package status is "delivered" and you have not received the item(s), call your local USPS facility and they will handle the issue.

 

How do I go about getting a refund or exchanging an item?
At Belacon, we pride our self on providing quality products. If an item does not fit, feel or look the way you had intended, you can exchange it for another item or refund it within 30 days of the original purchase.
If you contact us after 30 days of the original purchase, we will be unable to offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Wash or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please keep in mind that...

  • Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value

If you want to exchange or return your product, send us an email with your order number at bunsandbarbells23@gmail.com For exchanges, include your order number, your current item and the new item you wish to receive.

We will coordinate how to exchange/return the product accordingly through email.

Important Information for Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
